What we collect
Account data — name, email, optional photo, and your self-assessed skill level. Coach data — bio, rates, languages, venues, certifications you upload for verification. Usage data — bookings, reviews, favorites and feedback you submit. Technical data — essential cookies for sign-in and basic, privacy-respecting analytics.
Why we collect it
To run the marketplace: matching you with coaches, reserving court slots at partner venues, sending booking notifications (in-app and email), and keeping the community trustworthy through verified certifications and post-session reviews.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres + object storage) and email is delivered via Resend. Certification documents and feedback screenshots live in private buckets, accessible only to you and our admins. We comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we share
Your public coach or player profile (name, photo, skill level) is visible to other users as part of the marketplace. When a booking is made, the coach and player see each other's names and the coach's WhatsApp contact if they chose to share it. We never sell your data.
Your choices
You can edit your profile anytime, and you can request account deletion (which removes your personal data and anonymizes reviews) by contacting support@voleo.ae. You can also opt out of non-essential emails from your profile settings.
