You pay the coach fee securely in the app (powered by Stripe) when you send a booking request. Your card is only authorized at first — the actual charge happens when the coach confirms your court. If the coach declines or doesn't respond, nothing is charged. Cancel after confirmation and you're refunded. Court fees are paid at the venue.

Every coach application is reviewed by our team. Coaches upload their certifications (FIP, IPC, national federations…) and we check them before the profile goes live. Verified documents get a badge on the profile.

The coach has 24 hours to accept or decline. Once accepted, they confirm a real court slot at one of our partner venues, and you get a notification with the final details. If they don't respond in time, the request expires automatically.

Yes — you can cancel from the booking page before the session. Your coach is notified immediately, and the court slot is released.

Take the 60-second quiz when you sign up. It places you as beginner, intermediate or advanced, and coaches see it so the first session fits from ball one. You can retake it anytime.

Nothing in v1. You keep 100% of your rate. Create a profile, get verified, and start receiving requests.

We're live across the UAE, starting with Dubai — Marina, JLT, Al Quoz, Jumeirah, Business Bay — and expanding to every emirate. Coaches list the venues where they train, and you can filter by your favourite.

Voleo is an installable web app: open the site on your phone and tap "Install app" (or "Add to Home Screen" on iOS). You get an app-like experience with notifications, no app store needed.
